Status of incorporation
The planned Weitera GmbH has not yet been incorporated by notarial deed and is not registered in the commercial register. The planned company therefore does not yet have a commercial register number. Incorporation and registration details will be added once completed. A VAT identification number has not yet been issued for the planned company; this information will be added when issued. Any existing mandatory tax disclosures for the current website operator must be checked separately before publication.
Trade licensing status
A licence under Section 34c GewO for the planned brokerage activities has not yet been obtained; preparations are underway. Brokerage activities requiring a licence will not be carried out until it has been granted.
