The controller for this website is Yevhen Karii as a natural person. This website provides information about the Weitera property project currently being established, for interested parties in Germany and other countries. Personal data is processed only to the extent required by the functions in use. The identity of the controller and the legal form must be updated once incorporation is complete.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or an available contact function, we process the data you provide (such as your name, contact details and message) to respond to your enquiry. For pre-contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise, depending on the circumstances, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies. A contact enquiry alone does not result in general disclosure to property providers or for advertising purposes.
Website operation and hosting
When you visit this website, your IP address, access time, requested pages, browser information and error logs may be processed for technical reasons, insofar as necessary for secure operation and provision of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). According to the operator, hosting was ordered through INWX.
