Status
The Weitera project is operated by Yevhen Karii as a natural person and is currently being established. This page contains preliminary information about proposed future contractual terms. It does not currently constitute a binding offer to enter into a brokerage agreement or general terms and conditions already validly agreed.
Planned services
Once the required licence has been granted, we plan to help clients residing in Germany and abroad search for property in Germany. Depending on the specific agreement, this may later include providing property brochures, organising viewings and support through to the notary appointment and handover.
Entering into a contract
A brokerage agreement involving commission will only be concluded once the trade licensing requirements have been met and a separate, legally valid agreement has been made. Non-binding use of the website and contacting us do not create a brokerage agreement. The text form requirement under Section 656a BGB applies to brokering or introducing an opportunity to purchase an apartment or a single-family house.
Remuneration
No brokerage commission is currently agreed through this page. Future remuneration, VAT and responsibility for costs will be communicated separately before a contract is concluded and agreed where required. Mandatory provisions apply, in particular Sections 656a–656d BGB.
Property information
Any preliminary property information displayed on the website is non-binding and provided for general information. Ownership, availability and property-specific details must be checked separately in connection with any future brokerage.
Consumer rights and data protection
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Further information about the processing of personal data is available in the privacy policy. The complete terms and conditions will be provided once the required permissions have been obtained, before brokerage activities begin.
